You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any portion of the website or its content without the prior written consent of Oxley Oaks or its attorney. You further agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers, databases, or any systems connected to the website, or otherwise engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the

functionality of the website.

Images displayed on the website are intended to represent the property and experiences offered.  While we strive for accuracy, furnishings, décor, landscaping, food presentation, seasonal offerings, and amenities may vary.
 

3. Social Media

We welcome guests and visitors to engage with Oxley Oaks through our social media channels.  By interacting with our social media accounts, including by commenting, posting, messaging, tagging, or otherwise engaging with our content, you agree to do so in a respectful and lawful manner.

You agree not to post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, obscene, discriminatory, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise objectionable, nor may you impersonate any individual, business, or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with another person or organization. Oxley Oaks reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any content, restrict access, or block users whose conduct violates these Terms or is otherwise

deemed inappropriate or harmful to our business, staff, guests, or online community.
 

If you tag Oxley Oaks, mention our business, or use hashtags associated with our brand, you acknowledge that we may request permission to share or repost your content on our website, social media channels, or other promotional and marketing materials. Except where otherwise permitted by applicable law, Oxley Oaks will seek appropriate permission before using your content in marketing or promotional materials.
 

4. Guest Stays

All reservations at Oxley Oaks are subject to availability and any additional terms, policies, or procedures communicated during the booking process. By making a reservation or staying at the property, guests agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as any posted rules, instructions, or reasonable directions provided by Oxley Oaks and its team.

Guests are expected to treat the property, including all buildings, furnishings, fixtures, amenities, equipment, and surrounding grounds, with reasonable care and respect. Guests shall conduct themselves in a lawful and courteous manner, respect neighboring properties, staff, and other guests, and refrain from any behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or otherwise interferes with the peaceful enjoyment of the property. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all individuals included in their reservation or otherwise invited onto the property by them.The individual making the reservation assumes responsibility for any loss, damage, excessive cleaning, or repair costs resulting from the actions or omissions of any member of their party, excluding ordinary wear and tear. Oxley Oaks reserves the right to charge the responsible guest

for any such costs to the extent permitted by law.

Oxley Oaks reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse service, deny entry, or terminate a guest's stay without refund if the guest or any member of the guest's party violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in unlawful activity, creates a safety or health risk, causes damage to the property, or otherwise disrupts the operations of Oxley Oaks or the experience of other guests.

5. Food and Beverages Included in Guest Stays

As part of our guest’s stay, Oxley Oaks is pleased to provide certain complimentary food and beverage offerings. These amenities are provided as a courtesy to enhance the guest experience and are subject to availability. Offerings may change without prior notice based on seasonal availability, sourcing, operational needs, or other circumstances.

Guests are invited to enjoy our complimentary three-course Southern breakfast during their stay.  We are pleased to accommodate a variety of dietary preferences and restrictions, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and vegetarian options, when requested in advance. While we make every reasonable effort to accommodate dietary needs, guests are responsible for notifying Oxley Oaks of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to

the preparation or consumption of any food or beverages.

Oxley Oaks is proud to source many of its ingredients and offerings from local and Alabama-based farms, bakeries, and producers whenever possible. As a result, menu selections and available items may vary throughout the year based on seasonal availability and supplier inventory.  Although we exercise reasonable care in the preparation and handling of all food and beverages, Oxley Oaks cannot guarantee that any item is free from allergens or has not been subject to cross-contact with common allergens, including but not limited to milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, or sesame. Guests consume all complimentary food and

beverages at their own discretion and assume responsibility for determining whether any item is appropriate for their individual dietary needs. Ingredient lists may be made available upon request.

6. Provisions by Oxley Oaks Products

Provisions by Oxley Oaks is the bakery located at Oxley Oaks and offers a variety of baked goods and other food products available for purchase by both Oxley Oaks guests and members of the public. Products may be purchased as add-ons to a guest's stay or through independent orders, subject to availability.  Oxley Oaks reserves the right to modify, substitute, or discontinue any product or menu item at any time without prior notice. Product availability may vary based on seasonal ingredients, production capacity, and inventory.  

 

Guests and customers are responsible for reviewing available ingredient information and notifying Oxley Oaks of any known food allergies, dietary restrictions, or sensitivities prior to placing an order. While Oxley Oaks is committed to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, all products are prepared in a facility that processes common allergens, including, but not limited to, wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, fish, and shellfish.  Accordingly, Oxley Oaks cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens or cross-contact with allergenic ingredients.

 

Once products have been picked up, delivered, or otherwise leave the possession or control of Oxley Oaks, the customer assumes full responsibility for the proper storage, handling, and consumption of those products. Oxley Oaks shall not be responsible for any loss of quality, spoilage, contamination, or other issues resulting from improper storage, handling, transportation, or consumption after the products have been received by the customer.

 

By purchasing or consuming products from Provisions by Oxley Oaks, whether as part of a guest stay or through an independent order, customers acknowledge and accept the risks associated with food allergies and food consumption and agree that Oxley Oaks shall not be liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies, dietary restrictions, or the inherent risk of allergen cross-contact.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, logos, business names, branding, photographs, graphics, and written content associated with Oxley Oaks and Provisions by Oxley Oaks are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.  Nothing contained in these Terms grants any license or right to use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Alabama and Federal law, Oxley Oaks and its current or future sub-brands shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our website, products, services, or property.Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

Oxley Oaks reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any revisions will become effective upon posting to our website unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the website, products, services, or property after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles.  Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located within Alabama, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
